WOW!!! I'm early this week!!! (Well, for me, anyway!) This guy began as a quick sketch during a meeting on Friday. Wasn't sure I'd get to finished art at all, things have been so hectic lately, but my weekend plans fell through, & I had some unexpected studio time! (Never a bad thing!) And so I present to you, swimming Seymour! As always, thanks for stopping by!!!
Dang, you beat me. I'll post later tonight, which is a bit early for me, too. This guy would make a great design for a ceramic bathroom tile. He's cool.
ReplyDeleteYou beat me too... I got a few hours tonight so I've been working on it... You nailed this character design Mit, Seymour looks amazing and fun. It may suck for you that your weekend plans fell through, but we all benefit by getting more of your work...
ReplyDeleteHe's cool!!!
ReplyDeleteYou have a good attitude about your weekend plans. Less plans = more art. Seymour the Sea Horse is adorable.
ReplyDeleteSwimming Seymour is so cute:)
ReplyDeleteMischievous fellow, I bet! Lovely composition with the bubbles!
ReplyDeleteHi,

ReplyDeleteSeymour is adorable!... Love all the pretty teals & aquas you used! :)
ReplyDeletehaha...seymour is very sweet and it reminds me of all the time i draw fish or 'aqua life'...i add the bubbles and wonder if the expressions on their faces look like they have gas. hahaha... (thank you for your comment on my most recent post...cracked me up!!)
ReplyDeleteAwww - Seymour is great! I love seahorses - there is something magical about them.
ReplyDeleteLoving those googly eyes!
ReplyDeletevery cool. he's got a great expression.
ReplyDeleteYou do wonderful characters! Pleased to meet ya!
ReplyDeleteSparkley!! He looks like he's posing for Seahorse of the Year!! Fun!!
ReplyDeleteNice work Mit..It reminds me of when I was a Kid trying to look inside the waves (without goggles in the North sea) to see Sea Horses....Why would I do that??
ReplyDeleteMy Mum told me that they were in there...
Love him! :-))))
ReplyDeleteWatercolor? digital? Wish I could get my stuff out as fast as you do. Love your work!
ReplyDeleteI love Seahorses
ReplyDeleteGreat choice, nicely articulated! He's got sass and, if it is possible for a seahorse, he is strutting his stuff! Great color and composition.
ReplyDeleteSeymour is such a great name for a seahorse! He looks somewhere between proud and embarrassed about something, maybe it's the bubbles :) Love the colours to :)
ReplyDeleteGreat seahorse!
